Praise be to Allah, we have begun fundraising for Sudan. In the recent corona virus pandemic, lockdown has meant many have been challenged with access to food and with a loss of income for many, this has proven to be even more difficult with families suffering in the month of ramadhan, eid and beyond. We raised a food fund to offer food parcels & money for the poor in Sudan. Money and food was distributed in the last part of ramadhan, eid and after. We are continuing to distribute money for food to the poorest and needy.
We are continuing to now raise funds for a very urgent case in Sudan of a widow who has orphan children with disability. Their father died and the family are struggling financially. They do not have a roof over their head nor do they have adequate shelter. We are building them a much needed home. We are also trying our best to assign some money in this project for a sustainable income source for the widow who is struggling to feed her family.
Work will start as soon as funds are raised and lockdown eases.
Please pray for us and the families we are working for.
We will keep you posted.
