We are well into 2019 and initially there were no plans as such to fund a house project. In all the projects we have completed so far it always seemed to start with a dua for some inspiration and guidance on the next project. Allah (swt) always seems to direct our projects. This year we have decided to raise funds for a house build for a widow and her family. She lost her husband some years ago and lost her son in a car accident. The family rely on handouts for food. They are one of the poorest families we have seen. She lives with her daughter who has a child and a son who has children. We have decided to raise funds of £5500 to build a house with 2 homes under one roof.
This will provide this very poor family with a much needed home. Their current home is made of bamboo and broken tin.
